About  Reflexology

Reflexology is a complementary therapy renowned for bringing a deep sense of relaxation and well-being.

Its origins go back thousands of years and it’s based on the principle that there are reflex points on the feet, hands and face which correspond to different organs and systems within the body.

By applying gentle pressure to these areas, reflexology encourages the body’s natural healing processes and supports overall balance.

Regular treatments may help to:

  • Promote relaxation and reduce stress

  • Improve the quality of sleep

  • Support clients with hormonal balance

  • Boost mood and energy levels

  • Encourage the body’s own sense of equilibrium

Many clients describe feeling calmer, lighter, and more at ease — both physically and emotionally — after their treatment.

As well as offering deeply relaxing treatments, I’m qualified to design bespoke treatment plans to support people living with a wide range of conditions. I’ve also undertaken additional study in areas including:

  • Life Limiting (supporting people living with chronic conditions)

  • Maternity and Fertility

  • Menopause

  • Adaptive Integrated Reflexology (AIR)

AIR is a unique and adaptable way of working that focuses on the effects of stress and how it impacts the body. Chronic stress can disrupt our body’s natural balance, affecting our emotional, mental, and physical health. The AIR sequence works with the nervous, endocrine, digestive and immune systems to help calm the body, support with balancing hormones, and support natural well-being — helping us respond to life’s challenges in a healthier way.
